Sales Manager - Corporate Segment Renaissance Westerville Join one of the top Renaissance Hotels in the country! We're seeking a motivated Sales Manager to grow our Corporate segment through strong relationships, new business development, and exceptional client service. What You 'll Do * Grow and manage corporate accounts * Prospect new business and achieve revenue goals * Manage group details (contracts, blocks, billing, events) * Conduct site tours and client meetings * Collaborate with Sales & Events teams * Use systems like CI/TY, PMS, and MarRFP Qualifications Required: * 1-3 years hotel sales or related sales experience * Corporate account or group/business travel experience * Strong communication & relationshipbuilding skills * CRM or hotel sales system experience * Organized, detailfocused, able to manage multiple accounts * Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred: * 3-5 years corporate hotel sales experience * Marriott systems experience (CI/TY, MarRFP) * Columbus/Polaris market knowledge * Proven revenuegoal achievement Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision (Day 7 for Managers) * Complimentary Life Insurance * ShortTerm Disability & Teladoc * 401(k) w/ match * PTO Day 1 (accrued every hour worked) * Marriott & Concord travel discounts * Career growth opportunities Why Join Us?
