Job Title: Sales Team Representative (Full-Time) Location: Skin Totale Medspa 31878 Del Obispo St, Ste 108 San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675, United States Schedule: Full-Time | Sunday - Friday

Compensation

: Base pay (minimum wage) + Commission on all sales Earnings are performance-based -- the more you sell, the more you earn.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and confidently promote our Medspa services
• Close sales and consistently meet or exceed monthly targets
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced setting
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create strong client relationships
• Handle high customer volume while staying focused and persuasive
• Collaborate with the team to drive growth and reach business goals

Requirements

:

• Proven sales experience
• Experience working with high customer volume
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Assertive, confident, and results-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish speaker preferred
