Key Responsibilities * Identify and Pursue Growth Opportunities : Proactively seek and evaluate new business prospects that align with our strategic goals and long-term vision. * Drive Sales and Revenue : Lead sales efforts through effective negotiation and communication strategies. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and performance benchmarks. * Lead Generation and Prospecting : Execute targeted prospecting initiatives to generate leads. Apply strategic tactics to boost lead conversion rates and pipeline effectiveness. * Strategic Planning and Execution : Collaborate in developing and implementing business development strategies that elevate the company's competitive edge and market footprint. * Analyze and Innovate : Leverage data-driven insights to understand market trends and client needs.
