Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to build relationships with clients in their home and businesses. This role involves engaging with potential customers, managing accounts, and driving business development initiatives. The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Berrien, Van Buren and Kalamazoo and achieving sales targets. Duties * Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and close deals. * Manage existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and sales progress. * Perform cold calling to prospective clients and follow up on leads. * Deliver estimates and showcase system features and benefits. * Negotiate terms of sale and close agreements to maximize profitability. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation. * Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. * Engage in territory management to optimize coverage and sales potential. * Upsell products and services based on customer needs. Qualifications * 2-5 Years HVAC experience preferred. * Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related fields. * Strong understanding of account management principles and practices. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable. * Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals effectively. * Ability to perform product demos that resonate with potential clients. * Experience in lead generation techniques, including direct sales strategies. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interactions. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * A background in retail sales or inside sales is a plus.
