PAYD Enterprise is expanding our AT&T Business campaign and is actively hiring a motivated customer sales associate to join our Nevada team. This role focuses on working directly with local businesses to introduce AT&T's fiber and connectivity solutions. As a customer sales associate, you will receive hands-on training in B2B sales, account management, and professional client communication while representing a nationally recognized telecommunications brand. Customer Sales Associate Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary point of contact for local businesses interested in AT&T B2B products and services. * Conduct professional, face-to-face sales conversations to identify business needs and recommend appropriate solutions. * Support new account setups, service upgrades, and ongoing account coordination as a customer sales associate. * Present AT&T fiber and connectivity options clearly, highlighting value, reliability, and business impact. * Track interactions, follow campaign processes, and contribute to overall sales goals. * Work collaboratively with leadership and teammates to improve outreach strategies and sales performance. * Maintain professionalism and accuracy while representing PAYD Enterprises and AT&T in the field. Customer Sales Associate Qualifications: * Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree preferred. * Strong communication skills and a professional, business-focused mindset. * Interest in sales, customer engagement, and B2B environments. * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required. * Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and work toward performance goals. * Comfortable engaging with business owners and decision-makers. * Reliable, motivated, and interested in long-term growth as a customer sales associate.
