Customer Sales Associate - Daily Objectives

• Conduct in-person outreach to customers and introduce Frontier Communications services
• Present internet and wireless package options and close deals based on operational needs
• Maintain strong outreach cadence throughout assigned territory or campaign zone
• Build ongoing client relationships that lead to referrals, upsells, and brand loyalty
• Carefully record engagements, follow-ups, customer notes, and pipeline movement
• Work with leadership and the Customer Sales Associate team to refine messaging, adapt strategy, and improve conversion success
• Assist in territory market penetration through canvassing, business interaction, and professional follow-up
