Overview Farmers Insurance is seeking a bilingual (Spanish-English) Insurance Producer to join our team in Corona, CA. As a producer, you'll help clients navigate their insurance needs -- from auto and home to life and commercial coverage -- with a focus on building trust and long-term relationships in both English and Spanish-speaking markets. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads within the Spanish-speaking community in Corona and surrounding areas * Offer tailored insurance solutions by evaluating client needs and presenting appropriate policy options * Educate clients in both English and Spanish about coverage details, terms, and benefits * Meet personal and team sales goals through proactive outreach and relationship-building * Handle new applications, renewals, and policy updates with professionalism and accuracy * Support clients during the claims process and provide ongoing customer service * Stay informed on Farmers Insurance products, promotions, and industry changes Experience * Fluency in both Spanish and English (required) * Active Property & Casualty or Life & Health license (or willing to obtain) * Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset * Previous sales experience preferred but not required * Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented * Familiarity with Corona and surrounding communities is a plus What We Offer: * Competitive commission-based pay with bonus potential * Full training and support through the Farmers Insurance network * Career growth opportunities, including pathways to agency ownership * A chance to make a meaningful impact in the Spanish-speaking community * Flexible hours and entrepreneurial environment * Hybrid work available Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Work from home Work Location: In person
