A recreational vehicle (RV) salesman position is an exciting opportunity if you have a passion for outdoor adventures and customer service. Experience in Auto and/or RV sales necessary. Self motivated candidate, needing minimum supervision. Must be able to complete a sale from beginning to close. Ability to follow the selling process from greeting, presentation, demo, write up and close. Metro RV will train the right candidate if needed. Telemarketing experience helpful but not necessary. Motor vehicle sales and driver license a must. F&I experience helpful. We pay commission for buying, consigning and selling RVs. Job Responsibilities: * Customer Engagement: Greet customers and help them understand various RV options that meet their needs. * Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the different types of RVs, features, and technologies to provide accurate information. * Sales Techniques: Use effective sales strategies to close deals, including upselling accessories and services. * Demonstrations: Provide RV tours and demonstrations, highlighting key features and benefits. * Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails, assisting with any inquiries or after-sale support. Skills Required: * Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers and understand their needs. * Sales Skills: Proven sales techniques and the ability to negotiate. * People Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with customers. * Organizational Skills: Ability to manage paperwork and sales records efficiently. Qualifications: * Experience in sales and/or customer service a must. * Knowledge or passion for RVs and outdoor activities can significantly enhance your appeal as a candidate.
