Job Description

: Wholesale Distributor seeks a motivated and experienced inside sales coordinator to assist the Sales Manager and perform general admin and data- specific duties. We have a culture of professionalism while maintaining a caring and friendly family business environment. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented individual with prior experience receiving in a wholesale distribution facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Canva, Excel, and proficient in business verbal and written communication. Primary

Responsibilities

:

• Coordinate and support the Sales Manager with all sales sample, and customer communication tasks
• Data entry and data management
• Cross-functionally support purchasing with sourcing assistance.
• Maintain a clean, and organized work space.

Requirements

:

• Wholesale distribution experience, a plus
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Must pass a pre-employment screening Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm
