Job Description Dave's Tree Service has supported homeowners and local communities in Moore County, NC for more than 20 years. We work with homeowners to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes. As our Plant Health Care (PHC) services continue to expand, we are looking for a team member who is interested in helping to support and guide this area of our business. Position Overview We are seeking someone to assist with evaluating tree and shrub health, recommending appropriate care options, and supporting clients through the treatment process. This role combines fieldwork, client interaction, and program coordination. Primary Responsibilities * Assist with daily PHC activities, including assessments, documentation, scheduling, and follow-up * Visit properties to review plant conditions and offer appropriate service recommendations * Prepare service estimates for a variety of tree care needs * Help organize work orders and coordinate with crews to maintain an efficient workflow * Use and maintain PHC equipment as needed * Support general tree care operations during slower periods * Handle additional tasks as needed to assist the team Qualifications * Experience in tree care, landscape work, or plant health is helpful * Knowledge of common plant issues, insects, or diseases is a plus, but not required * Certifications or licenses (ISA, pesticide license) are welcome but not mandatory * Good organizational habits and attention to detail * Strong communication and organizational skills * Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of conditions * Valid driver's license required How to Apply * If you are interested in joining our team and supporting our Plant Health Care program, please submit your resume for consideration.
