If you enjoy great customer service, meeting sales/operational goals and want to have the opportunity to advance to a Store Manager position within the automotive repair business Position Overview: This position is accountable for providing top shelf customer service while helping customers with tire ad automotive repairs for their vehicles. It also requires the ability to communicate to customers the needs and services required on their vehicles. This position is responsible for work-order flow and assuring the shop systems are followed for maximum efficiency and sales profitability. The Ass't Manager is responsible for learning and supporting all functions related to the store manager position and they develop into the next area of responsibility.
