Overview

: This position is accountable for providing top shelf customer service while helping customers with tire ad automotive repairs for their vehicles. It also requires the ability to communicate to customers the needs and services required on their vehicles. This position is responsible for work-order flow and assuring the shop systems are followed for maximum efficiency and sales profitability. The Ass't Manager is responsible for learning and supporting all functions related to the store manager position and they develop into the next area of responsibility. Job

Requirements

Include:

• 1-3 years of prior sales experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to drive store sales and promotions
• Top customer service and selling skills
• Enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a team environment
• A valid driver's license and maintain a satisfactory driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen
• Ability to left 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to follow all store and safety policies and procedures Job Type: Full-time
