As a Territory Sales Representative you will be the face of our company in your community, building relationships with homeowners and helping them make choices to protect their home. Over the last couple years, we've built a strong brand foundation and have put proven systems in place. Now, we're ready to scale and we desire to find the right people to come along on this journey with us! * Key Responsibilities: * Generate and qualify leads through door-to-door canvassing, networking, and community engagement. * Educate homeowners on roofing options, insurance processes, and storm damage restoration. * Conduct roof inspections and assessments to determine project scope. * Prepare proposals, manage the sales process, and close deals. * Collaborate with insurance adjusters to facilitate claims. * Foster relationships to generate referrals and positive customer reviews. * Represent Fortitude Roofing professionally at local business events. * What We 're Looking For: * Proven sales experience with a minimum of 3 years in consumer sales. * Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in working independently. * Ability to work safely at heights and maintain a professional appearance. * Clean driving record and background check. * Passion for helping homeowners and building lasting relationships. * Compensation & Benefits: * Performance based compensation- at plan our reps earn no less $120,000 annually. * 4 Week Paid Training with discretionary commission draws * Company-provided technology including iPad, DJI drone, & software licenses. * Branded apparel & provided marketing materials. * Merit-based vehicle program with insurance and gas card. * Flexible work arrangements and comprehensive training. * Supportive, growth-oriented company culture. * Our Hiring Process: We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person.
