Account Manager Trainee Responsibilities * Conduct in-person conversations with business customers to present and sell Frontier services * Introduce available internet and wireless solutions and close on best-fit recommendations * Actively drive territory growth through lead generation, networking, and systematic outreach * Deliver product education including cost, features, competitive advantages, and ROI value * Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline analytics * Use professional customer service standards to deliver consistent and positive experiences * Adjust approach based on customer feedback, market observations, and conversion insights * Participate in regular check-ins and collaboration sessions to maximize campaign results * Represent both Lykos Capital and Frontier with professionalism and adherence to guidelines Account Manager Trainee Qualifications * Professional communication and interpersonal skills * Confidence initiating conversations face-to-face * Strong closing and follow-up ability * Competitive and motivated to exceed targets * Fast learner with strong product absorption * Strong work ethic and personal accountability * Organized and reliable in documentation and territory reporting Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,200.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) matching Work Location: In person
