Experienced Sales and Account Manager wanted: This is for an internal role with Prolink - Resources Division. Account managers are responsible for managing a territory, client accounts, and gain new roles for the recruitment team to hire. Location/Territory: Dayton, OH and Northern KY Environment: * HYBRID - 3 Mandatory In office days (Mon, Wed, and Thur) and 2 WFH * 1st shift: Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm * Base Salary Pay ($52,000 starting) + uncapped Commissions , yearly bonus opportunities, and incentive programs. * Paid Weekly * Employees must be within a reasonable commute to their assigned office location. Qualifications/Requirements (2+ years experience with): * Manage: Teams , staffing, sales , and client development in skilled trades/manufacturing. *Valid Driver 's License - Willing to travel up to 50% in assigned territory. * Sales, Business development, and client relationship building. * Cold Calling and area prospecting- daily. * Managing client accounts * Managing a team of up to 10 recruiters and Junior Sales managers * Proactive, solutions-focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Metrics-based setting. * Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM systems * Flexible to meet tight deadlines or work OT as needed. * Diploma/GED required; Degree preferred. * Proficient in Teams, Zoom, MS Office, and online sourcing tools. * Ability to work independently while meeting sale and business development goals/quotas. What You 'll Do: * Manage full-cycle recruiting teams , client accounts, and business territory * Source and engage professionals through creative outreach, networking, and cold calls to acquire new roles to hire for both Direct Placement and Contract to Hire. * Help build and develop new business and maintain strong client relationships in territory * Train and develop team of assigned recruiters and Junior sales members * Provide a world-class experience for candidates and clients. * Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, winning team. * Work directly with clients to schedule interviews for candidates, gather feedback, set and conduct meetings, and be a liaison between them and the recruiting team. * Continuously grow your skills in business development and sales to advance your career.
