Please view our Behind-the-Scenes look at our team's experience at Dream Spa Medical on our careers page: [please apply online] near-boston/ Objectives of the Clinical Manager: * Build and maintain a high-converting consultation and sales process for all medical aesthetic services * Cultivate long-term client relationships based on trust, results, and consistent communication * Assist providers by preparing rooms, reviewing treatment plans with patients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations * Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and service utilization benchmarks * Collaborate closely with providers to design customized treatment plans that align with client goals and budgets * Understand and communicate the benefits of packages, memberships, and reward programs * Maintain strong follow-up systems for consultations, treatment plans, and rebooking * Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and upholding the spa's luxury experience * Identify opportunities for operational improvements related to patient acquisition, retention, and clinical flow Qualifications: (Clinical Manager) * Proven track record in sales, preferably in medical aesthetics, luxury wellness, or related fields * Knowledge of aesthetic treatments such as injectables, laser, skincare, and body contouring is preferred * Experience assisting medical providers or working in a clinical aesthetic setting is preferred * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach * Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team * Proficient in CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite * Strong time-management and follow-up skills to ensure seamless patient and provider experiences Job Type: Full-time Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Application Question(s): * Why do you want to work at Dream Spa Medical? * Why do you think you are the right candidate for this role? * Is there anything you would change about your current or most recent role?
