Duties * Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking events, and targeted marketing efforts to expand our customer base. * Manage assigned territories by developing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and ensure consistent growth. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase our solutions' value to prospective clients. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service such as custom sample requests, quotes, etc. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop territory-specific campaigns that boost lead generation and brand awareness. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B/ B2C sales, or territory management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. * Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to close deals effectively. * Ability to conduct product demos and technical presentations confidently to diverse audiences. * Demonstrated skills in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales strategies within a competitive market environment. * Strong analysis skills to interpret market trends and identify new business opportunities. * Customer-focused mindset with exceptional service skills to foster long-term client relationships.
