Roofing Sales - (FNF Roofing Inc.) Location: Tucson, AZ serving the Arizona territory with expansion into surrounding states Company: FNF Roofing Inc. - a Arizona-licensed roofing and siding contractor, in business since 2005 with over 20 years of experience in roof repair, replacements, gutter, and siding work in the region. Position Summary Seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Consultant with a proven track record in roofing sales. This is a high-earning opportunity in Tucson, Arizona: compete on strategy, territory, and performance. You will identify leads, assess roofing needs, deliver winning presentations, negotiate, and close deals. Compensation * Commission-based : either straight commission or salary plus commission (structure negotiable based on experience). Responsibilities * Qualify and manage your territory in Arizona. * Perform property and roof inspections; assess client needs. * Deliver compelling in-home or on-site sales presentations. * Create proposals tailored to customer requirements. * Follow up with prospects; negotiate and close contracts. * Maintain documentation of all client interactions and sales. * Build and sustain relationships for ongoing referrals. Requirements * Prior experience in roofing or construction sales. * Proven ability to sell high-ticket residential or commercial roofing contracts. * Confident negotiator with strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Self-motivated, goal-focused, and capable of working independently. * Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license (roof inspections expected). * Familiarity with referral and lead systems is a plus.
