This isn't just another office job -- it's a blended role that's equal parts administrative support, personal assisting, and hands-on real estate investment training with a top investor who has owned 400+ properties in 14 states and runs one of the leading property management companies in the country. If you've proven yourself in a professional role for at least 2 years and want to break into real estate investing while also sharpening your administrative and organizational skills, here's your chance. What You 'll Learn (We'll Train You To Succeed): * Spot high-value investment properties on the MLS. * Analyze deals against proven investment strategies. * Craft and submit competitive offers. * Keep leads and deals moving through the pipeline. * Provide executive-level support by managing schedules, handling communications, and ensuring tasks stay on track. We 're Looking For Someone Who: * Delivers consistent results (and has the track record to prove it). * Learns fast, takes initiative, and thrives on challenges. * Knows their way around Microsoft Outlook, Word, and online research. * Stays organized and on point -- nothing slips through the cracks. * Notices the tiny errors others overlook (and missing small stuff drives you crazy). * Can stay focused without constant supervision. * Types 40+ WPM accurately. * Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Is comfortable balancing business support with some personal assisting tasks to help the executive stay effective.
