About Us: Complete Flooring Solutions is a new, modern flooring showroom opening in Waltham, MA. We supply high-quality flooring materials hardwood, vinyl, carpet, and tile materials to homeowners, contractors, and interior designers. We are looking for a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: * Greet customers and provide exceptional showroom service * Educate clients on flooring materials, features, and installation options * Prepare and present accurate quotes and invoices * Follow up with customer inquiries and leads * Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom * Support contractors, designers, and homeowners in their selections * Assist with order entry and vendor coordination as needed Qualifications: * Previous sales or customer service experience (flooring industry preferred) * Knowledge of flooring materials * Strong communication and organizational skills * Friendly, professional attitude with attention to detail * Basic computer skills (email, quoting software, Excel, etc.) * Reliable and punctual Benefits: * Hourly pay + commission on sales * Employee discounts on materials * Growth opportunities as the company expands * Supportive, family-style team environment Schedule: Full - time Monday-Saturday (35-40 hours; one weekday off) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Application Question(s): * Saturday shift Experience: * Home improvement: 1 year (Required) Ability to Commute: * Waltham, MA 02451 (Required) Work Location: In person
