Kind of like eight arms attached to one brain! We seek a highly skilled and experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team! The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products, which require an understanding of technical aspects. The ideal candidate should be able to understand the technical features of the products and effectively communicate these to customers, helping them understand how our solutions meet their needs. Applicants with experience as a Service Advisor in Automotive Repair or a related industry are strongly encouraged to apply. What to expect: As a Technical Sales Rep you'll be responsible for client sales and expansion opportunities. You will be assigned a territory, take in leads, convert leads to deals, and follow the sales process to close and win the deals. You will be expected to maintain CRM reports, update leads and deals regularly, meet weekly to strategize how to hit our sales goals, and bring your energy and excitement to helping our clients. This position offers a base salary with uncapped earning potential. You will be working with other teams in the role and collaborating to make sure the sales process through post-sale is a great experience for our clients. Roles and Responsibilities: * Client Engagement: Identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively. Maintain regular communication with current and potential clients. * Product Demonstration: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers, showcasing how our products meet their needs and can solve their problems. * Technical Expertise: Maintain thorough knowledge of our product specifications and capabilities and general trends in the industry. Assist customers in understanding the products through a technical lens. * Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company. Develop effective sales strategies to increase sales volume. * Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to the product development team to assist in product enhancement. * Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and market trends, regularly updating the team. Skills and Qualifications: * Proven experience in sales, especially in a technical field. * Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to learn about new products quickly. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to translate complex technical information into layman's terms. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend trade shows. * Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Proven experience in relationship building. * Ability to recognize the needs of our clients and be able to tailor to those. * Proven to be results-driven and possess self-motivation. * Resilient and dedicated to providing the best service for our clients.
