Our core products include the C SEED N1 MicroLED 4K unfolding indoor TV, the C SEED 201 - the world's largest unfolding outdoor MicroLED TV - and the C SEED Supermarine MicroLED TV. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California and Hong Kong SAR, in China. We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as: *Business Development & Sales Manager (f/m/d) In this role, you will drive sales growth and market expansion in the U.S., with a strong focus on the luxury residential, hospitality, and high-end commercial segments. You will be the key link between our headquarters in Austria, our U.S. clients and partners, and our Beverly Hills showroom, combining strategic business development with hands-on sales execution. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute the U.S. sales and business development strategy * Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities with HNW/UHNW clients, developers, luxury retailers, and key partners * Build and manage a strong project pipeline from lead generation to contract closing * Cultivate long-term relationships with architects, designers, AV integrators, and other key stakeholders * Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. clients and partners, ensuring exceptional service * Leverage the Beverly Hills showroom for client meetings, product demos, and exclusive events * Support PR/marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads * Monitor market and competitor trends to refine sales strategies * Collaborate closely with HQ and technical teams on proposals and project timelines Required Qualifications: * Proven sales/business development record, ideally in luxury goods, tech, design, or AV * Strong hunter mindset with a consultative, solutions-driven approach * Experience with architects, designers, developers, or AV integrators is a plus * Excellent communication and presentation skills; confident with high-profile, international clients * Strong organizational abilities; able to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholders * Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) * Good understanding of budgeting, pricing, and commercial terms * Hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset suited to a dynamic, high-performance environment * Willingness to travel across the U.S. for client meetings and events For this position, we offer an annual base salary starting from $78,000 (full- time), depending on experience and qualifications.
