Job Description: Join our dynamic team at Pacific Auto Center as a Desk Manager, where you will be an integral part of our sales department, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring smooth transactions. Responsibilities: * Cultivate strong relationships with lenders to secure the best financing options for customers, ensuring a seamless financing process. * Accurately submit deals and transactions using our dealership systems, adhering to office, state, and lender requirements. * Meticulously process all transaction paperwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines and lender specifications. * Proactively track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items, ensuring the complete collection of all funds. * Collaborate with the sales team and managers to ensure that each transaction meets or exceeds customer expectations. * Support the sales manager team during vehicle purchases, suggesting and promoting aftermarket products, service contracts, and insurance programs. Qualifications: * Previous experience desking. * Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in financing options and dealership processes. * Detail-oriented with the ability to manage transaction paperwork accurately and efficiently. * Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. * Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
