What You 'll Do * Drive revenue growth by executing strategic territory plans, meeting sales goals, and supporting national objectives. * Build and strengthen relationships with distributors, clinical partners, and key customers to expand market reach. * Conduct product demonstrations, installations, and application support to ensure customers feel confident and cared for. * Travel throughout your assigned territory to visit existing accounts, prospect new opportunities, and stay connected to market needs. * Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and recommend process improvements that elevate performance and customer experience. * Partner across internal teams--including service, support, customer experience, marketing, and finance--to ensure smooth operations and delighted customers. * Maintain CRM accuracy, review performance metrics, and continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales approach.
