Davenport Solutions is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as AT &T Sales Representatives. This role involves helping customers understand available cell phone and internet service options and assisting them in selecting plans that meet their needs. What We Offer: * Hourly base pay with additional commission opportunities * Training provided to support success in the role * Opportunities for professional development * Supportive and team-oriented work environment * Health, dental, and vision benefits (availability may vary) * Paid time off and recognized holidays Key Responsibilities: * Conduct in-person visits with residential and/or commercial customers to discuss available service options * Present information about AT&T cell phone and internet plans in a clear and accurate manner * Assist customers with questions and guide them through the purchasing process * Maintain positive and professional interactions to support customer satisfaction * Record customer information and sales activity using company systems * Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to stay informed about products, plans, and policies * Work toward assigned weekly and monthly performance goals Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related positions preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Reliable transportation to travel to designated areas * Valid driver's license (if required for assigned territory) * Ability to work flexible hours, which may include evenings or weekends * Interest in technology and comfort explaining product features Additional Information: * This is an in-person, field-based position * This is not a remote or call-center role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,434.00 - $83,834.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off * Paid training * Vision insurance Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Required) Work Location: In person
