Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch * Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly * Conduct two open houses monthly * Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments * Participate in weekly script practice per team standards * Participate in team activities per team standards * Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call * Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes * Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services * Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers * Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications * Self-driven sales pro with a friendly, competitive edge * Great at connecting with people, understanding their needs, and finding the right solutions * Skilled at prospecting and generating leads * Comfortable handling objections with ease * Clear and confident communicator who genuinely cares about helping others * Enjoys working as part of a team * Holds a valid real estate license * Has 3+ years of experience in real estate sales * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Open to learning and growing * Well-organized and detail-oriented * Happy to learn and use scripts and dialogues * Manages time effectively and efficiently About-our-team About Story House Real Estate At Story House Real Estate, we're backed by PLACE, a flexible business services and technology platform that's changing the game for top agents and their clients.
