FUNCTION: Sales and MarketingRole: Sales Representative REPORTS TO: Sales Manager Pointer Painting / Company Vision: Our team of high performers are focused on serving our customers as we are grateful to be able to scale our growing business each year. BASIC FUNCTIONS: * Manage a $1,200,000+ sales plan, selling painting services. * Learn and execute the Pointer Painting sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid) * Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost on margin target * Entering estimates into company CRM per the Sales Manager's expectations * Updating client data per Sales Manager's expectations * Writing customer proposals per Sales Manager's expectations * Responding to customers' questions and office questions per Sales Manager's expectations * Independently studying to become competent in all services we provide * Generate leads each week through personal prospecting activity (Some leads are delivered to you by the company marketing activities) * Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings * Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times - with Sales Manager's guidance. * Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities. TIME AND COMPENSATION: * Full-Time - higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May - October) * Base salary + pay per lead generated + commission - base salary set on past experience and current skill REQUIREMENTS: * Uphold company values as you perform in your role. * Attend weekly meetings with supervisor and operations team. * High precision and organization skill. * High level communicator. * Ability to self-direct with guidance. * Ability to self-generate some of your own appointments. * Take initiative in this role and beyond.
