The Drybar Shop Sales and Customer Lead position is a critical role. The Lead upholds Drybar standards, leads the client experience and helps streamline shop operations. In addition, the Lead Role will help build local business partnerships, oversee shop collaborations, help set sales goals for the team, coordinate membership sales and retention including handling escalations, coordinate group events, and execute the shop's social media calendar.
