Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team! Responsibilities * Develop and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions * Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit both clients and the company * Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, warm calling, and market analysis * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that enhance client engagement and retention * Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, analyzing account performance, and identifying upsell opportunities * Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and activity reports * Present technical sales solutions clearly and effectively, translating complex concepts into accessible language for clients Requirements * Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers confidently * Excellent communication skills--both verbal and written--to articulate value propositions compellingly * Demonstrated ability in business development through cold calling, warm calling, or networking * Familiarity with marketing strategies that support sales growth and client engagement * Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms for managing client data and sales processes * Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions * Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and foster a collaborative environment Join us to be part of an energetic team committed to innovation, growth, and delivering outstanding value to our clients!
