Aria Hospice is seeking an experienced full-time Liaison. Aria is locally owned and managed by people who truly understand the importance of compassion and education concerning end of life care. You will be part of a team of professionals who truly care about the work we do. You will never be minimalized but treated with respect for your contributions. 2 years hospice experience is mandatory. Benefits * Pay: $68,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year * IRA (matching) * Health insurance * Mileage reimbursement * Paid time off (5 wks in 1st year) * Vision insurance * Dental Insurance * Monday to Friday, 9 holidays Responsibilities * Building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the Tucson and Pima County area. * Communicating and working with team members. It is our high quality of clinical care which makes Aria so marketable. * Ensuring that you are positive and focus on referral satisfaction and emphasize our high quality of care * Maintaining a high level of creativity and desire to innovate new ways to market and attract referral sources * Your pay is a reflection of referrals that you receive, the sky is virtually the limit!!
