What You 'll Do * Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians and medical offices throughout our service area. * Introduce our surgeon and practice, highlighting our qualifications and patient care excellence. * Present our services with clarity and confidence to encourage referrals. * Identify new referral sources and growth opportunities. * Track and report referral activity, providing regular feedback and insights to leadership. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative outreach strategies and strengthen referral networks. What We 're Looking For * Experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred. * Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. * Proven success in outside sales or account management. * Excellent organization and analytical abilities -- you know how to turn data into action. * Comfortable visiting physician offices and engaging with healthcare staff at all levels. * A proactive, team-oriented mindset with leadership qualities. * Reliable transportation for local travel.
