About Us Adriana's is a conglomerate company that keeps on expanding! We start off with Insurance, went into the Marketing field, and now going into Health & Wellness. We will be dedicated to delivering high-quality vitamins and supplements to med spas, nutrition centers, and health-focused businesses. We're expanding rapidly and are looking for a dynamic Sales Coordinator who is passionate about the wellness industry and ready to help drive our momentum. Role Overview The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in expanding our presence in the vitamins and supplements market. This person should bring industry knowledge, strong energy, and a natural drive for sales. You'll be the face of our brand --building relationships, educating clients, and maximizing sales opportunities across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, bilingual, and thrives in both in-person and phone-based sales environments. Key Responsibilities * Client Outreach & Sales: * Visit med spas, nutrition centers, and wellness-focused businesses to pitch and promote our product line. * Attend tradeshows, events, and industry gatherings to represent the brand and generate new leads. * Make outbound calls via our call center system to cold and warm leads, converting opportunities through effective follow-up. * Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and nurture long-term client relationships. * Product Presentation & Education: * Deliver compelling product presentations to help clients understand the value and science behind our supplements. * Stay current with industry trends to position our offerings effectively in the market. * Sales Coordination & Reporting: * Track interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in our CRM. * Work closely with the internal team to streamline sales processes and ensure client satisfaction. Required Qualifications * Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written). * Experience or strong familiarity with the vitamins, supplements, or wellness industry. * Proven drive for sales--comfortable working with goals and commissions. * Strong communication, presentation, and people skills. * Ability to travel locally for client visits, tradeshows, and industry events. * Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
