Company: Toscana Restaurant Group Location: Regional (4 Locations North of Boston) Job Type: Full-time About Toscana Restaurant Group Toscana Restaurant Group is a premier hospitality destination, currently operating four high-volume locations with continued expansion on the horizon. Each of our locations features dedicated private event spaces capable of hosting intimate gatherings of 20 to large-scale celebrations for up to 200 guests. We pride ourselves on authentic service, culinary excellence, and creating "enterprise value" through impeccable guest experiences. The Role We are seeking a Hospitality-Forward Private Event Salesperson to drive revenue across our portfolio. This is not a typical "desk sales" role; we are looking for a relationship-builder who understands that the sales process is the first step in a guest's hospitality journey. You will be responsible for managing leads, touring clients through our diverse spaces, and tailoring event packages that exceed expectations. Key Responsibilities * Lead Management: Respond to all event inquiries promptly and professionally across all 4 locations. * Site Tours: Conduct walkthroughs of our event spaces, articulating the unique value of each venue. * Contracting & Planning: Handle the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry to signed contract and BEO (Banquet Event Order) creation. * Growth: Actively seek out local corporate partnerships and community engagement opportunities to fill our mid-week and seasonal calendars. * Collaboration: Work closely with General Managers and Executive Chefs to ensure the seamless transition from sales to execution. The Ideal Candidate * Service-First Mindset: You believe that sales is about solving problems and creating memories, not just hitting a quota. * Proven Track Record: At least 3+ years of experience in hospitality sales or high-end event management. * Serious & Professional: You possess the poise to interact with corporate executives and the warmth to handle private family celebrations. * Self-Starter: You are organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing a pipeline across multiple locations.
