Responsibilities * Assist clients in buying and selling properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process. * Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions. * Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies. * Coordinate property showings, open houses, and marketing efforts to attract potential buyers and sellers. * Stay up-to-date with local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and professionalism. * Utilize CRM tools and company resources to manage client information, track leads, and follow up on potential opportunities.
