About Us: Our Farmers Insurance Agency is growing, and we're seeking a licensed and experienced Insurance Producer to join our team. Responsibilities: * Identify client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions. * Quote and sell Auto & Home insurance. (Life and Business if licensed) * Maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and referrals. * Meet and exceed monthly production goals. * Work independently while contributing to team success. Qualifications: * Active Property & Casualty license (required); Life & Health license preferred. * Minimum 1 year of insurance sales or customer service experience. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated and organized with attention to detail. * Proficiency with basic computer and CRM systems.
