Duties * Engage with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present appropriate products or services * Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business * Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions * Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position offerings Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service and sales roles is preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong ability to listen actively and understand customer needs * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching sales goals * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team * High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus * Demonstrated enthusiasm for helping customers find solutions and building relationships Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 24.0 per week Work Location: In person
