Our reception patient concierge is responsible for delivering a consistent and polished positive patient experience, building relationships, and making patients comfortable from the moment they enter our center. The patient concierge has superior customer service skills, is naturally friendly, presents well to our most discriminating, educated and demanding clients and understands that attention to detail, brings success. Job Summary and Requirements The Front Desk & Aesthetic Sales Associate plays a critical role in creating an outstanding first impression while also guiding patients through their aesthetic journey. This position blends administrative excellence with patient education and ethical, relationship-based sales. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, confident discussing aesthetic services, and thrives in a patient-focused setting. Essential Abilities * Function as our practice ambassador and steward a positive message while building guest relations * Anticipate guest's needs, respond promptly and however busy, acknowledge all guests as they enter the premises * Maintain positive guest relations by resolving complaints and ensuring satisfaction * Understand and eloquently present our scope of services to clients Essential Expectations/Responsibilities * Educate patients on aesthetic services, procedures, and skincare products * Consistently follow up with prospective and existing patients * Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatments * Support surgeons/providers by reinforcing treatment recommendations * Track leads, conversions, and sales performance * Provide a supportive, ethical, and pressure-free patient experience * Assist with marketing and social media platforms * Takes initiative to improve the patient experience Administrative * Greet patients warmly and professionally, in person and by phone * Manage incoming calls, online inquiries, and patient leads * Schedule consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments * Maintain accurate and detailed patient documentation in the EMR system * Collect payments, process financing, and review treatment plans * Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow * Uphold HIPAA compliance and confidentiality at all times * Inventory * Ensure all consents are obtained prior to treatments * Prepare and gather and verify all patient documentation needed to proceed with surgery * Take patient before and after photos as needed * * Any other duties as needed Qualifications * 2+ years of experience in a front desk, medical office, aesthetic, or luxury service role * Sales experience preferred (aesthetics, skincare, medical, or hospitality a plus) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Professional appearance and demeanor * Highly organized with strong attention to detail * Comfortable discussing pricing, packages, and treatment options * EMR and scheduling software experience preferred Experience * Minimum of 3 years in a customer service, aesthetics, hospitality, guest oriented environment * Benefits * Health Insurance - No cost to you * 401k Plan * Paid personal time off * Paid Holidays * Discounted Services About the Practice Pancholi Cosmetic Surgery of Las Vegas has a well-earned reputation for offering a detail oriented and experienced surgeon, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent patient outcomes.
