Compensation: $125,000 - $185,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Conduct property showings with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring clients feel informed and valued. * Coordinate with clients and team members to schedule showings and follow-up meetings, keeping everyone in the loop. * Communicate effectively with potential buyers, answering questions and providing insights to help them make informed decisions. * Support lead agents by managing day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth transactions and client satisfaction. * Learn and apply basic sales skills, enhancing your ability to connect with clients and close deals. * Assist in maintaining organized records of showings and client interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Participate in team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Qualifications: * Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating your ability to connect with clients and build relationships. * Real Estate License or in the process of obtaining one. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel informed and valued during property showings. * Proven track record of managing schedules and coordinating appointments, keeping everyone in the loop. * Comfortable using technology and digital tools to maintain organized records and facilitate smooth transactions. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a supportive and growth-oriented environment. * Eagerness to learn and apply basic sales skills, enhancing your ability to close deals and grow in your role. * Proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.
