What You'll Do: You'll be selling multi-year landscape maintenance contracts to existing (commercial property) clients throughout Maryland -- helping businesses keep their outdoor environments safe, beautiful, and functional year-round. * Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers * Conduct presentations and negotiate contracts * Manage your full sales cycle--from discovery to close * Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions What You Bring: * 3-5 years of face-to-face sales experience (service or facilities contracts a plus) * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals * Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills * Self-motivated, results-driven, and CRM-proficient (Salesforce experience preferred) * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience What You Enjoy: Company vehicle + fuel card (personal use available for a small monthly fee) Comprehensive benefits package -- medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more Hybrid schedule : Office collaboration 2+ days per week; minimal overnight travel If you're ready to grow your career with a national industry leader, sell services that make a visible impact, and join a team of driven professionals -- let's connect!
