Key Responsibilities: * Support customers by processing orders, managing inquiries, and assisting clinics. * Learn Rally's products, pricing, compliance, and healthcare regulations. * Build strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and office staff. * Prospect and generate new business through calls, emails, networking, and referrals. * Provide product demonstrations and samples to clinicians. * Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and customer interactions. * Transition into commission-based sales once minimum sales goals are met. Qualifications: * 3+ years sales experience required; customer service experience required * Experience in healthcare or physician offices is a plus * Strong communication, relationship-building, and self-motivation * High school diploma required; college preferred * Clean driver's license required Pay & Benefits: $15-$25/hour base pay, health insurance, hands-on training, and career growth opportunities Location: Houston, TX 77041 - reliable commute or relocation required Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Health insurance Experience: * Outside sales: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
