The Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 1 year of successful sales experience in a B2C (business-to-consumer) environment, ideally within healthcare, weight loss, dental plans, cosmetic surgery, health club memberships, or a similar field. * Strong understanding of the sales cycle, from building rapport and identifying needs to presenting solutions and closing deals. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients on a personal level and build trust. * Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine desire to help people improve their lives. * Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong computer skills (proficiency in EHR a plus). * A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In This Role, You Will: * Conduct consultations to discuss patient needs and health goals. * Explain treatment plans, answer questions, and address patient concerns. * Partner with the care team to create and present personalized wellness programs. * Educate patients on the benefits of chiropractic care and treatment options. * Utilize effective communication and sales techniques to present the value proposition of our services. * Collaborate with the care team to ensure a positive patient experience. * Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications * Proven experience in customer service, with a focus on healthcare or medical sales preferred. * Strong negotiation skills with a background in account management or B2B sales. * Familiarity with technical sales processes and product demonstrations within the healthcare sector. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint). * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. * Experience in pharmaceutical sales or medical sales is a plus. * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess patient needs and develop effective solutions. * Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
