Key Responsibilities Sales Development: Participate in the 50/50 Program to cultivate customer relationships, generate new business opportunities, and support strong sales performance. Training & Mentorship: Engage in a comprehensive two-year training program, follow a detailed development plan, and work closely with an assigned sales mentor for personalized coaching. Networking: Collaborate with program participants nationwide, sharing insights and learning from peers across the industry.
