What You'll Do

:

• Engage with qualified leads and set in-home appointments
• Clearly explain pest control service options and customize plans based on customer needs
• Build lasting customer relationships based on integrity and professionalism
• Meet and exceed sales goals through self-discipline and drive
• Maintain accurate records and follow up with potential clients
• Fully onsite in the office Mon-Fri, no weekends - schedule is mixed 7am-4pm and 9am-6pm
• What We're Looking For:
• Prior in-home sales experience is required
• Previous pest control sales experience is a plus
• A self-starter with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset
• Someone with a high level of personal integrity and work ethic
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based role
