With decades of experience, we specialize in custom holiday lighting, year-round architectural lighting, and event decor. Our work blends creativity, efficiency, and exceptional customer service to transform spaces and elevate experiences. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Sales & Development Assistant to support our business development and sales efforts. About the Role This is a part-time, in-person role based in Pembroke, MA, working directly with our Business Development Manager. The position supports multiple areas of the business, with a strong focus on sales support, customer service, marketing coordination, operational efficiency, and systems optimization. At times, this role operates in a high-pressure environment , particularly during peak seasons, major projects, deadlines, and time-sensitive campaigns. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Key Responsibilities * Support sales and business development initiatives, including lead tracking, follow-ups, proposals, and CRM updates * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication * Assist with the design of digital and print marketing materials using Canva * Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and time-sensitive campaigns * Maintain, organize, and manage business data using CRM / CSR systems * Assist with invoicing, estimates, and reports using QuickBooks Online * Utilize Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) to manage workflows and documentation * Help implement and manage automations and integrations (e.g., Zapier) to improve efficiency and data flow * Assist with website management tasks using Wix * Assist with sales appointments, business errands, and occasional off-site support * Support seasonal initiatives, events, and special projects * Continuously participate in opportunities to improve processes and efficiency Skills & Experience * High-level customer service * Client account management * Proficiency with Google Workspace * Canva proficiency for digital and print marketing * Experience with CRM / CSR systems and data management * Experience using QuickBooks Online * Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Strong written and verbal language skills * Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications * Sales exposure or sales support experience * Sales experience is greatly preferred * Familiarity with Eastern Massachusetts geography and surrounding regions * Experience in a small business or service-based environment * Flexibility and generous availability, especially during peak seasons * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Schedule & Compensation * 20-30 hour part-time position based in Pembroke, MA (possible schedule: 9 AM to 3 PM, four days per week) * More hours available during certain seasons * Competitive hourly pay based on experience * Opportunity for expanded responsibilities and growth Why Join Curb Infusion * Work closely with leadership in a hands-on, impactful role * Gain experience across sales, marketing, operations, and systems * Be part of a creative, established company with a strong regional presence * Opportunity for long-term growth for the right candidate Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Ability to Commute: * Pembroke, MA 02359 (Required) Work Location: In person
