When our customers come in to select their next appliance you will help them manage that process from our store to their delivery at home. You'll manage walk-in customers through the buying process by ensuring products fit, ensuring the right product types, offering feature upgrades, and guaranteeing the best prices * Quoting projects for repeat flippers, contractors, and property managers * Managing backorders, scheduling deliveries & installations * Mastering vendor promotions and rebates * Training with vendors on new model releases and product features * Meeting reasonable sales quotas to get excited about! * Act as a liaison between vendors, customers, and logistics teams and customers to solve customer service challenges * Working closely with purchasing teams to understand new internal promotions * Managing local social media outreach efforts We hope you 'll grow with us!
