In this role, you 'll be the face of our airline, building relationships and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. Responsibilities * Promote and sell airline services to travel agencies and corporate clients in Southwestern United States * Manage client relationships and meet sales targets * Provide updates on flight schedules, promotions, and policies * Attend trade shows and industry events * Collaborate with operations and customer service teams Skills & Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in aviation, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). * Proven experience in sales at least 3 years (preferably in travel or aviation) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Familiarity with airline booking systems, airfares Benefits -Monthly salary between USD4050 and USD6250 for experienced personnel only -401K, the Company will match up to 3% of your monthly salary provided you contribute at least 2% or more -Health and Dental insurance, the Company offers PPO -Paid time off Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,250.00 - $6,250.00 per month Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Phoenix, AZ 85034 (Required) Work Location: In person
