We're actively hiring Wireless Sales Representative to drive customer acquisition and sales growth through direct, face-to-face interactions. This is not a remote or call center role -- you'll be working hands-on with customers, guiding them through the latest wireless and internet plans and helping them make confident buying decisions. What You'll Do: * Engage directly with customers inside the store to promote wireless and internet services * Create personalized sales presentations to fit each customer's needs * Drive sales and close deals by showcasing product features, pricing, and current promotions * Build rapport quickly and maintain strong customer relationships * Process transactions and input customer information accurately * Stay informed on new products, sales strategies, and promotional offers * Represent our brand and our partners with professionalism and enthusiasm Compensation & Benefits: * Hourly base pay starting at $19.00 to $24.00 per hour , depending on experience * Additional commission opportunities based on individual sales performance * Weekly pay schedule * Paid training and ongoing sales development * Clear career advancement path with internal promotion opportunities * Supportive and energetic team environment * Represent well-known national wireless and internet providers Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Prior sales , retail , or face-to-face customer service experience preferred * Strong communication and persuasion skills * Confidence in initiating conversations and handling objections * Driven by commission and personal performance goals * Ability to work weekends and a flexible full-time schedule * Must be comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced retail environment Location & Schedule: * This is a full-time, in-person position inside retail locations in Las Vegas * Must have reliable transportation to and from work * Weekday and weekend availability required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental insurance * Employee discount * Flexible schedule * Health insurance * Paid time off Ability to Commute: * Las Vegas, NV 89119 (Required) Work Location: In person
