Outbound Sales & Appointment Specialist D &H Air Conditioning & Heating | Tucson, AZ Are you confident on the phone, quick on your feet, and energized by high volume sales environments? D &H Air Conditioning & Heating is looking for an Outbound Sales & Appointment Specialist to join our growing call center team. This role is 100 percent outbound calling. No inbound calls and no sitting around waiting for the phone to ring. You will be generating new opportunities, booking appointments, and helping homeowners take the next step toward comfort and savings. What You Will Be Doing * Making high volume outbound calls, typically 150 to 400 plus per day * Cold calling past customers and warm leads to book sales estimates, promote maintenance and family plans, and create new sales opportunities. * Delivering confident, upbeat, and professional conversations * Handling rejection with resilience and a positive attitude * Accurately documenting calls and outcomes in our system * Working closely with leadership to hit and exceed daily goals What We Are Looking For * Previous outbound call center or telecom experience required * A natural sales personality that is energetic, persuasive, and personable * Comfortable with cold calling and high rejection environments * Ability to stay motivated and focused in a high dial, high energy role * Strong communication and listening skills * Reliable, coachable, and goal oriented * Thick skin, positive mindset, and a sense of humor Pay and Perks * Hourly base pay with uncapped earning potential * High performers consistently earn well above base * Supportive leadership and clear performance expectations * Opportunities for growth within a well established local company * Fun, energetic call center environment Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: In person
