Guide Homeowners With Confidence --Not Pressure Join ECO as a Plumbing Install Comfort Advisor , where your role is to help homeowners make informed, confident decisions about major plumbing replacements and upgrades. You'll present clear plumbing solutions, build lasting relationships, and ensure every customer has a professional, stress- free experience from start to finish. What You 'll Do * Respond to priority and sales lead calls within 24 hours. * Present plumbing install and replacement options clearly and professionally. * Educate homeowners on plumbing systems, code requirements, permits, and product options. * Train and mentor apprentices to support long-term team growth. * Meet and exceed established KPIs and performance expectations. * Collaborate with service technicians, install teams, and dispatch to ensure smooth project execution. * Educate customers on financing options and available maintenance plans. * Maintain a professional appearance to build trust, referrals, and repeat business. * Work closely with customer service and dispatch to support overall business success. * Participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, and company retreats. What You 'll Bring * Proven sales experience with the ability to guide customers through large plumbing decisions. * Strong financial understanding, including assessing job scope and profitability. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical plumbing concepts simply. * A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve technical and customer service skills. * Working knowledge of local plumbing codes and permit requirements. * Comfort using iPad-based software and digital sales tools. * A team-first mindset with the drive to win individually and together.
