This role is all about connecting prospects with their perfect home, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring every interaction ends with a signed lease and a satisfied resident. What You'll Do: * Close the deal. Engage prospects, identify their needs, and confidently guide them through the leasing process to secure commitments. * Showcase our properties. Conduct engaging tours that highlight the unique benefits of our communities. * Hit your goals. Collaborate on leasing strategies and help achieve community occupancy targets. * Foster relationships. Build trust with residents and prospects by providing outstanding customer service and resolving concerns with efficiency and care. * Boost traffic. Support marketing initiatives and bring creative ideas to attract new prospects.
